Waldsee – Verdure Leinwandbild

Unter hohen Bäumen öffnet sich der Blick auf einen stillen See, an dessen Ufer Schilf und gelbe Iris wachsen. Dieses Leinwandbild ist fast ganz in Blau gehalten, von tiefem Indigo im Laub bis zu hellem Graublau im Wasser. Dazwischen leuchten einzelne Blätter in Gelb und Creme, die Stämme sind in warmem Sandbraun gewebt. Der Himmel bleibt hell und fast leer, so bekommt die dichte Szene viel Luft.

Über dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer passt das blaue Motiv zu Creme, Weiß, hellem Holz und Leinen. Auch in der Küche oder über einer Kommode im Flur wirkt es zu Nussbaum, Marmor und Messing ruhig und frisch. Der goldene Rahmen nimmt die gelben Blätter auf, der naturfarbene hält das Bild hell, der braune gibt ihm mehr Gewicht.

Die Vorlage ist das „Fragment einer Landschaftsverdure“ und entstand zwischen 1660 und 1700, der Künstler ist unbekannt. Weitere Verduren in Grün und in dunklem Blau gibt es ebenfalls im Shop. Wer Blau mag und sich Wald ins Haus holen möchte, findet hier beides in einem Bild.

Your design is printed to order using fade-resistant inks on high-quality 400 g/m² cotton canvas. The matte surface reduces reflections and ensures a calm color reproduction. The canvas is then hand-stretched over a stretcher frame.

Shadow gap frame
The stretched canvas print is placed in a shadow gap frame. A narrow gap remains between the canvas and the frame, making the image appear to float within the frame. This framing adds extra depth to the canvas print and allows the motif to clearly take center stage. 

The frame is available in natural, brown, gold, and black. Natural, brown, and black preserve the visible wood grain, while the gold version has a smooth, laminated surface without wood grain. 

Dimensions
The shadow gap frame is 1.2 cm wide and the gap between the canvas and the frame measures 0.5 cm. The total depth is 5.3 cm. The motifs are available in different sizes; you can find the respective total dimensions in the size overview.

Hanging
Your canvas print is delivered framed and ready to hang. Depending on the size, one or two screws in the wall are sufficient for hanging, and the
frame is hooked directly onto them. Fastening elements are not included.

Each canvas print is individually made for you. Production takes 2 to 5 working days, after which your picture will be in transit for about 2 to 3 working days. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can find more information here.

Returns

Since every product is made to order, we recommend carefully
checking the dimensions before purchasing. Especially with larger
formats, it is helpful to ensure beforehand that the desired picture
fits well in the room.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Should your canvas
unexpectedly arrive damaged or defective, we will, of course,
