Vintage Wolken Leinwandbild

Wolken und Himmel füllen fast die ganze Fläche dieses Vintage Leinwandbildes. Hoch aufgetürmt, in Blaugrau, Creme und einem warmen Sandton, ziehen die Wolken über einen schmalen Streifen Landschaft am unteren Rand. Zwischen ihnen bricht helles Licht durch, und am Horizont liegt ein gelblicher Schimmer. Die Farben sind weich und pastellig, die Wolkenränder mit lockeren, sichtbaren Pinselstrichen gesetzt.

Im Schlafzimmer bringt das Wolkenbild Weite an die Wand und bleibt dabei so ruhig, dass es zur Erholung passt. Über dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer oder im Esszimmer fügt es sich neben hellem Holz, Leinen und Naturtönen ein, weil seine Farben selbst kaum Kontrast brauchen. Ein naturfarbener Rahmen hält das Wandbild leicht, ein goldener nimmt das warme Licht zwischen den Wolken auf.

Das Motiv ist die „Studie von Wolken mit Sonnenuntergang bei Rom“ von Simon Denis aus dem Jahr 1801. Es passt zu einer reduzierten Einrichtung in Naturtönen ebenso wie zu klassischen Räumen mit dunklem Holz. Im Querformat gibt es im Shop ein zweites Wolkenbild von Simon Denis. Wer es aufhängt, hat ein Stück Himmel im Raum, auch an Tagen, an denen draußen nichts davon zu sehen ist.

Your design is printed to order using fade-resistant inks on high-quality 400 g/m² cotton canvas. The matte surface reduces reflections and ensures a calm color reproduction. The canvas is then hand-stretched over a stretcher frame.

Shadow gap frame
The stretched canvas print is placed in a shadow gap frame. A narrow gap remains between the canvas and the frame, making the image appear to float within the frame. This framing adds extra depth to the canvas print and allows the motif to clearly take center stage. 

The frame is available in natural, brown, gold, and black. Natural, brown, and black preserve the visible wood grain, while the gold version has a smooth, laminated surface without wood grain. 

Dimensions
The shadow gap frame is 1.2 cm wide and the gap between the canvas and the frame measures 0.5 cm. The total depth is 5.3 cm. The motifs are available in different sizes; you can find the respective total dimensions in the size overview.

Hanging
Your canvas print is delivered framed and ready to hang. Depending on the size, one or two screws in the wall are sufficient for hanging, and the
frame is hooked directly onto them. Fastening elements are not included.

Returns

Since every product is made to order, we recommend carefully
checking the dimensions before purchasing. Especially with larger
formats, it is helpful to ensure beforehand that the desired picture
fits well in the room.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Should your canvas
unexpectedly arrive damaged or defective, we will, of course,
