Dieses üppige Barock Blumenstillleben vereint Tulpen, weiße und rosa Rosen, rote Pfingstrosen sowie blaue Iris und Prunkwinden zu einem dichten Strauß vor nahezu vollständig schwarzem Hintergrund. Eine Schnecke kriecht am unteren Bildrand über ein Blatt, während vereinzelte Insekten zwischen den Blüten sitzen und der Komposition eine stille, naturkundliche Note verleihen. Das Licht fällt gezielt auf einzelne Blütenköpfe und lässt sie förmlich aus der Dunkelheit heraustreten.
Als Wandbild im Wohn- oder Esszimmer entfaltet dieses farbintensive, dunkle Motiv seine volle Wirkung vor gedeckten Wandfarben wie Salbeigrün oder warmem Beige, die den satten Rot- und Rosatönen der Blüten Raum geben. Auch in Kombination mit Samtmöbeln und dunklem Holz fügt sich der Kunstdruck stimmig in eine klassische, gemütliche Raumgestaltung ein.
Die Vorlage stammt von Hendrik Schoock, der das Werk "Blumenarrangement" im Jahr 1660 malte. Schoock war ein niederländischer Blumenmaler, dessen Stillleben sich durch dichte, farbenprächtige Blütenkompositionen vor dunklem Bildgrund auszeichnen. Dieses Wandbild eignet sich für alle, die dunkle, opulente Blumenmotive mit kräftiger Farbwirkung mögen.
