Spitze und Fächer – Dark Academia Leinwandbild

Eine Hand rafft einen weißen Spitzenschal vor der Brust, die andere hält einen geschlossenen Fächer aus goldbraunem Holz. An den Fingern sitzen goldene Ringe mit kleinen Steinen, am dunklen Ärmel glänzen goldene Knöpfe. Die Spitze ist mit großen Blüten und feinen Ranken gemustert, dahinter liegt fast schwarzes Grün mit angedeuteten Blättern. Wer den Spitzenschleier trägt sieht man nicht und gerade das macht dieses Dark Academia Leinwandbild so geheimnisvoll.

Im Wohnzimmer, im Esszimmer oder im Flur setzt das dunkle Hochformat einen ruhigen Akzent an einer hellen Wand. Das Weiß der Spitze und das Gold der Ringe passen zu Creme, Leinen, warmem Holz und Messing. Der goldene Rahmen nimmt Ringe und Fächer auf, der naturfarbene wirkt leicht, der braune und der schwarze betonen das Dunkel.

Die Vorlage ist ein Ausschnitt aus dem Bildnis der Doña Gertrudis de Compte y de Bruga von Vicent López Portaña aus dem Jahr 1829. Mit der feinen Spitze und dem dunklen Grund passt das Wandbild zu viktorianisch inspirierten Räumen und zu Moody Interieurs. Die Geste der Hand, die den Schal rafft, wirkt so vertraut, als wäre die Dame gerade erst aus dem Bild getreten.

Your design is printed to order using fade-resistant inks on high-quality 400 g/m² cotton canvas. The matte surface reduces reflections and ensures a calm color reproduction. The canvas is then hand-stretched over a stretcher frame.

Shadow gap frame
The stretched canvas print is placed in a shadow gap frame. A narrow gap remains between the canvas and the frame, making the image appear to float within the frame. This framing adds extra depth to the canvas print and allows the motif to clearly take center stage. 

The frame is available in natural, brown, gold, and black. Natural, brown, and black preserve the visible wood grain, while the gold version has a smooth, laminated surface without wood grain. 

Dimensions
The shadow gap frame is 1.2 cm wide and the gap between the canvas and the frame measures 0.5 cm. The total depth is 5.3 cm. The motifs are available in different sizes; you can find the respective total dimensions in the size overview.

Hanging
Your canvas print is delivered framed and ready to hang. Depending on the size, one or two screws in the wall are sufficient for hanging, and the
frame is hooked directly onto them. Fastening elements are not included.

Returns

Since every product is made to order, we recommend carefully
checking the dimensions before purchasing. Especially with larger
formats, it is helpful to ensure beforehand that the desired picture
fits well in the room.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Should your canvas
unexpectedly arrive damaged or defective, we will, of course,
