Sitzende Badende – Klassischer Akt Leinwandbild

Dieses Leinwandbild zeigt einen Ausschnitt aus einer Aktmalerei. Eine junge Frau sitzt am Wasser, die Arme um ein angezogenes Knie gelegt, die Hände verschränkt. Ihr Gesicht ist am oberen Bildrand angeschnitten, der Blick liegt ganz auf Armen, Beinen und dem Fuß, der sich im flachen Wasser spiegelt. Die Haut ist weich und hell gemalt, dahinter öffnet sich eine dunkle Felsgrotte mit etwas Moosgrün.

Im Badezimmer hat das Motiv einen naheliegenden Platz, aber auch im Schlafzimmer über dem Bett wirkt das Hochformat ruhig und weich. Die warmen Hauttöne passen zu Creme, Grau, Leinen und hellem Holz und bringen Wärme an eine helle Wand. Der naturfarbene Rahmen unterstreicht die warmen Hauttöne, der braune verbindet das Bild mit Holz, der schwarze betont den dunklen Hintergrund.

Die Vorlage ist ein Ausschnitt aus „Sitzende Badende“ von William-Adolphe Bouguereau aus dem Jahr 1884. Das Motiv passt zu klassisch eingerichteten Räumen und zu ruhigen Naturtönen. Es zeigt einen Akt ohne Pose, nur einen stillen Moment am Wasser, und bringt so eine sanfte, fast meditative Ruhe in den Raum.

Your design is printed to order using fade-resistant inks on high-quality 400 g/m² cotton canvas. The matte surface reduces reflections and ensures a calm color reproduction. The canvas is then hand-stretched over a stretcher frame.

Shadow gap frame
The stretched canvas print is placed in a shadow gap frame. A narrow gap remains between the canvas and the frame, making the image appear to float within the frame. This framing adds extra depth to the canvas print and allows the motif to clearly take center stage. 

The frame is available in natural, brown, gold, and black. Natural, brown, and black preserve the visible wood grain, while the gold version has a smooth, laminated surface without wood grain. 

Dimensions
The shadow gap frame is 1.2 cm wide and the gap between the canvas and the frame measures 0.5 cm. The total depth is 5.3 cm. The motifs are available in different sizes; you can find the respective total dimensions in the size overview.

Hanging
Your canvas print is delivered framed and ready to hang. Depending on the size, one or two screws in the wall are sufficient for hanging, and the
frame is hooked directly onto them. Fastening elements are not included.

Since every product is made to order, we recommend carefully
checking the dimensions before purchasing. Especially with larger
formats, it is helpful to ensure beforehand that the desired picture
fits well in the room.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Should your canvas
unexpectedly arrive damaged or defective, we will, of course,
