In Bewegung – Wabi Sabi Leinwandbild

Dieses Wabi Sabi Wandbild lebt von schwungvollen, schwarzen Kreidelinien, die sich in Bögen und Schleifen übereinanderlegen. Manche Striche sind kräftig und scharf gezogen, andere nur hingewischt, und ein heller, grauer Wisch zieht sich schräg durch die Mitte. Der warme Sepiagrund bleibt an vielen Stellen frei, sodass das Bild trotz der vielen Linien leicht und offen wirkt.

Über dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer bringt das Leinwandbild Bewegung in einen ruhigen Raum, ohne mit Farbe zu konkurrieren. Im Badezimmer oder im Flur passt es gut zu warmen Holztönen, und vor hellen Wänden kommen die schwarzen Linien besonders klar heraus. Ein Rahmen in Natur hält das Bild hell, Schwarz greift die Kreidestriche auf und macht es grafischer.

Das Motiv geht auf eine Skizzenbuchzeichnung von Carel Adolph Lion Cachet um 1890 zurück. Es passt zu Wabi Sabi und Japandi Einrichtungen mit Leinen, Keramik und hellem Holz, und zusammen mit den anderen Skizzen von Cachet aus dem Sortiment ergibt es eine ruhige Bilderwand. Die Linien wirken, als hätte jemand eine Bewegung festgehalten, kurz bevor sie wieder verschwindet.

Your design is printed to order using fade-resistant inks on high-quality 400 g/m² cotton canvas. The matte surface reduces reflections and ensures a calm color reproduction. The canvas is then hand-stretched over a stretcher frame.

Shadow gap frame
The stretched canvas print is placed in a shadow gap frame. A narrow gap remains between the canvas and the frame, making the image appear to float within the frame. This framing adds extra depth to the canvas print and allows the motif to clearly take center stage. 

The frame is available in natural, brown, gold, and black. Natural, brown, and black preserve the visible wood grain, while the gold version has a smooth, laminated surface without wood grain. 

Dimensions
The shadow gap frame is 1.2 cm wide and the gap between the canvas and the frame measures 0.5 cm. The total depth is 5.3 cm. The motifs are available in different sizes; you can find the respective total dimensions in the size overview.

Hanging
Your canvas print is delivered framed and ready to hang. Depending on the size, one or two screws in the wall are sufficient for hanging, and the
frame is hooked directly onto them. Fastening elements are not included.

Each canvas print is individually made for you. Production takes 2 to 5 working days, after which your picture will be in transit for about 2 to 3 working days. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can find more information here.

Returns

Since every product is made to order, we recommend carefully
checking the dimensions before purchasing. Especially with larger
formats, it is helpful to ensure beforehand that the desired picture
fits well in the room.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Should your canvas
unexpectedly arrive damaged or defective, we will, of course,
