Gänse über einem Strand – Wabi Sabi Leinwandbild

Dieses Wabi Sabi Leinwandbild zeigt zwei Gänse im Flug über einem Strand, gemalt in Tusche auf sandfarbenem Grund. Die Vögel sind mit ausgebreiteten Schwingen in Grau und tiefem Braunschwarz festgehalten, darunter deuten wenige feine Linien die auslaufenden Wellen an. Der größte Teil der Fläche bleibt leer und zeigt die fleckige, gealterte Struktur des Papiers. Gerade diese Leere gibt dem Motiv seine Ruhe.

Über dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer bringt das Querformat Weite an die Wand, ohne Farbe ins Spiel zu bringen. Im Schlafzimmer über dem Bett oder im Badezimmer wirkt das Wandbild still und warm, weil seine Beige- und Brauntöne zu Holz, Leinen, Stein und hellen Wänden passen. Ein brauner Rahmen nimmt das dunkle Gefieder auf, ein goldener oder naturfarbener lässt den Grund heller wirken.

Die Vorlage ist „Gänse über einem Strand“ von Maruyama Okyo aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Mit seiner Zurückhaltung passt das Motiv zu Japandi und Wabi Sabi, zu Räumen also, die mit wenigen Dingen und natürlichen Materialien auskommen. Es ist ein Bild für alle, die beim Blick an die Wand durchatmen und sich für einen Moment mit den Vögeln davontragen lassen wollen.

Your design is printed to order using fade-resistant inks on high-quality 400 g/m² cotton canvas. The matte surface reduces reflections and ensures a calm color reproduction. The canvas is then hand-stretched over a stretcher frame.

Shadow gap frame
The stretched canvas print is placed in a shadow gap frame. A narrow gap remains between the canvas and the frame, making the image appear to float within the frame. This framing adds extra depth to the canvas print and allows the motif to clearly take center stage. 

The frame is available in natural, brown, gold, and black. Natural, brown, and black preserve the visible wood grain, while the gold version has a smooth, laminated surface without wood grain. 

Dimensions
The shadow gap frame is 1.2 cm wide and the gap between the canvas and the frame measures 0.5 cm. The total depth is 5.3 cm. The motifs are available in different sizes; you can find the respective total dimensions in the size overview.

Hanging
Your canvas print is delivered framed and ready to hang. Depending on the size, one or two screws in the wall are sufficient for hanging, and the
frame is hooked directly onto them. Fastening elements are not included.

Since every product is made to order, we recommend carefully
checking the dimensions before purchasing. Especially with larger
formats, it is helpful to ensure beforehand that the desired picture
fits well in the room.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Should your canvas
unexpectedly arrive damaged or defective, we will, of course,
